The technical rules listed on this page apply to all designs submitted or put into production through Deniz Matbaa. All customers placing an order or submitting a design are deemed to have accepted these technical print terms.
1. File Submission Format
Design files to be sent to print or uploaded to the system must be in the following formats:
- Preferred Format: PDF (High-resolution print ready)
- Other Accepted Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD, ZIP, RAR
- Office (Word, PowerPoint) formats are not suitable for professional printing.
2. Color Settings (CMYK) & 99% Consistency Guarantee
Your design files must be in CMYK color mode. Files designed in RGB mode will be automatically converted to CMYK when sent to print. During this conversion, minor color discrepancies may occur between screen and printed colors. As Deniz Matbaa, we offer a 99% color consistency and quality guarantee for our corporate clients thanks to our archived print profiles.
3. Bleed Line
In custom designs you submit, you must provide a 3 mm bleed on each side to avoid white borders after cutting.
4. Safe Area
To prevent critical text and logos from being cut off during cutting, they should be placed at least 5 mm inside the cut lines (margins).
5. Image Resolution
For a sharp and quality print, rasterized images in the designs must be at least 300 DPI. Low-resolution images sourced from the web will appear blurry in print.
