Design and print tips
The three-second rule
Visitors should understand what you do from your roll-up or banner in three seconds: logo, one sentence and one image are enough.
Key info at eye level
The stand table hides the bottom of a roll-up; place contact details and the QR at 100–160 cm.
A brochure per language
Instead of many languages in one brochure, print separate brochures for the languages you expect most.
Think about after the fair
Give catalogues and NFC cards a link for after the fair (website, WhatsApp, catalogue PDF).
Transport and set-up
The roll-up comes with a bag, sets up in minutes and can be reused at several events.
Badges and euro tariff
Badges, X-banners and euro-priced fair items are on the trade fair and congress page; they need at least 3 working days’ notice.

- Shipping: orders approved Monday–Friday by 18:00 are with the courier by 12:00 the next working day (not Standard production).
- Standard production: 5 working days, then shipping.
- Shipping TRY 150; free on orders of TRY 3,000 and above. Collection from our Antalya workshop is free.
- For made-to-quote products, the production time is confirmed in writing once the job is defined.
