Design and print tips
The right paper for pens and stamps
Ballpoint pens and stamp ink do not hold on laminated surfaces. Choose local Bristol or unlaminated paper for appointment and stamp cards.
Use before–after photos
Real before–after photos are the strongest promotion on posters, flyers and the mini site; use them with your client’s permission.
Make booking easy
Add a QR to the booking form on cards and posters; clients choose a service and day without calling.
Set limits on vouchers
An expiry date, eligible services and a voucher number field prevent misuse.
Match the salon’s colours
Use your interior colours on cards, vouchers and stickers; it creates consistency in photos.
Readable price list
Keep service names short and use at least 9–10 pt text; remember it is read from the chair or mirror.

- Shipping: orders approved Monday–Friday by 18:00 are with the courier by 12:00 the next working day (not Standard production).
- Standard production: 5 working days, then shipping.
- Shipping TRY 150; free on orders of TRY 3,000 and above. Collection from our Antalya workshop is free.
- For made-to-quote products, the production time is confirmed in writing once the job is defined.

Can appointment cards be written on?
Yes, if you choose local Bristol. Local Bristol is unlaminated and takes ballpoint pen; laminated papers cannot be written on.
How many boxes should a stamp card have?
Usually 6, 8 or 10; write which services count and the reward on the back. Stamp cards are made to quote.
How are gift vouchers made?
They are designed with an amount or service, expiry date and voucher number field; we agree size, paper and quantity when you order.
How does booking with an NFC card work?
Tapped on a phone, the card opens the mini site you set up free with Akıllı Baskı. If the main button is “book”, clients choose a service and day and send the form; you receive the request.
Can stickers go on mirrors?
Yes. Sheet labels come in clear or opaque material; clear shows the mirror behind it.
Can you label the products I sell?
Yes. Choose straight or custom (contour) cut on sheet labels; opaque material lasts longer in wet areas.
Which product suits a price list?
Flyers and brochures (150 gsm coated) for a table list, posters for the wall. If prices change often, use a QR price page.
How soon will I receive it?
In Antalya, eligible jobs approved by 11:00 are ready at 19:00. Express orders approved by 18:00 Monday–Friday ship the next working day by 12:00; standard production takes 5 working days.
