1. Parties and scope

These terms apply to all orders placed by approved business resellers (“Reseller”) via fason.denizmatbaa.com. The Reseller orders as a registered business for commercial or professional purposes; consumer protection law therefore does not apply. Each order constitutes acceptance of these terms. The Turkish text is binding.

2. Application and approval

Reseller status starts with the Seller’s approval after review of the company, tax and address details and the tax certificate. The Seller may reject an application and may suspend or close an account if information is untrue, payments are delayed or these terms are breached.

3. Prices

Trade prices are confidential and shown to approved resellers only. Prices are in Turkish lira; the price at the time of the order applies. Additional services and shipping are charged separately.

4. Orders, files and approval

Files are uploaded print-ready (PDF, AI, EPS, TIF, PNG, JPG, max. 200 MB). The Seller checks files technically; the Reseller is responsible for the content, its accuracy and third-party rights, and for obtaining its own customer’s approval. Minor colour differences between screen and print are not defects.

5. Production and delivery

Approved and paid orders are handed to the carrier within 24 hours (business days) or are ready for collection at the workshop.

6. Payment

Payment by card (PayTR) or bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders go into production once payment is received; unpaid orders may be cancelled after 3 business days. Every order is invoiced to the Reseller’s company.

7. Defects, cancellation and returns

Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled or returned once printing has started. Seller-caused defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos; the Seller reprints or refunds. Liability is limited to the price of the affected order item.

8. Confidentiality and personal data

Both parties keep each other’s commercial information confidential. Personal data is processed under the KVKK privacy notice.

9. Disputes

Turkish law applies; the courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction.
