Frequently asked questions
How much is the review fee?
The fee depends on the scope of the job. After you send your idea, we look at the project and email you the fee and a payment link; we don’t start before payment.
What happens to the fee if we order from you?
If we produce the job, the review fee is deducted from your order.
Is the fee wasted if you can’t produce it?
No. The report explains how the job can be made, what kind of workshop to go to and what to ask; where it fits we refer you to people and companies we work with. That is the consulting service.
When will I get the report?
We tell you the turnaround together with the fee; the more unusual the job, the longer the review may take. We email you when the report is ready.
Which files can I send?
Photos, sketches or samples (JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, PDF), up to 5 files of 15 MB each. If you have no file, describing your idea is enough.
Is the report written by AI?
No. Our team reviews your job and writes the report, knowing our equipment and production experience.
Should I use the Lab for standard products too?
No need. Business cards, flyers, labels and similar products can be ordered from their product pages with prices shown. The Lab is for jobs that don’t fit a category or are still just an idea.
