Desk Name Plates for Speaker and Panel Tables
At a panel or meeting, everyone in the room needs to see the name, title and organisation of the person at the table. A desk name plate does exactly that: the audience recognises the speaker, the name appears in photos and video, and the moderator addresses speakers correctly. A table tent keeps a programme, menu or information sheet upright and easy to read.
We make desk name plates and table tents from card, forex or acrylic. Size, material and quantity are agreed together for your job; the price is given by quote.

- Set the name large and bold; it must be readable from the back rows and the camera angle.
- Put the title and organisation under the name in a smaller size.
- Keep the organisation or event logo fixed in one corner, in the same place on every plate.
- Choose dark text on a light background; glossy colours can be hard to read under stage lighting.
- Send the name list in one file with the spellings already checked.
