1. Parties
This Agreement has entered into force on the date it was electronically approved between the Buyer and the Seller (Deniz Matbaa) within the framework of the terms specified below.

2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer electronically through the website of the Seller, having the qualifications and selling price specified in the agreement.
3. Customized Products & Return Terms
Pursuant to Article 15(ç) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are custom-made or personalized (printed business cards, packaging, brochures, etc.) by making changes or additions according to the consumer's special requests.
Products are replaced with new ones in case of printing errors or seller-related errors.
4. General Provisions
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and are aware of the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price and payment method, and the delivery, and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
