This form has been prepared under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts to inform the Buyer before the distance sales agreement is concluded.

2. Buyer

The person placing the order; name, address and contact details as entered in the order form.

3. Main characteristics of the goods and services, price

The main characteristics, quantities and VAT-inclusive prices of the products, the shipping fee and the total are shown in the order summary before the order is confirmed and are recorded in the copy of this agreement made at the time of the order.

Prices include 20% VAT. Products are made to order according to the material, size, quantity and options chosen by the Buyer, using the file uploaded by the Buyer (or prepared with the design service). Prices published on the site are valid until updated; the price of a confirmed order does not change afterwards.

4. Shipping and delivery

  • The shipping fee is TRY 150 (incl. VAT) and free for orders of TRY 3,000 or more. Pickup from the workshop is free.
  • For express production, orders of products marked “same day” whose payment and file approval are completed by 11:00 are ready at 19:00 on the same day (Monday–Saturday). For other express products, the production time is communicated at file approval.
  • Standard production takes 5 business days; courier delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery never exceeds the statutory maximum of 30 days. Details: Delivery and Shipping Terms.

5. Payment

Payment is made from the order page by credit or debit card through the secure payment page of the licensed payment institution PayTR, in the currency of the cart (TRY, EUR or USD). For orders in foreign currency, the exchange rate at the time of the order is fixed. Any instalment interest is charged by the Buyer’s bank. Card details are not seen or stored by the Seller. The order enters production after payment is received.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15/1 (ç) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for goods prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or personal needs. All print products sold on the site are made to order with the Buyer’s file and choices and fall under this exception. For the design service, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if performance has begun with the Buyer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires (Art. 15/1 (ğ)).

Nevertheless, the Seller accepts cancellation requests before the order goes to print and refunds the amount paid (Cancellation and Return Policy).

7. Defective products

In case of defects caused by the Seller, such as print errors, the wrong product or transport damage, the Buyer may exercise the rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 (free reproduction, refund, price reduction in proportion to the defect). The defect is reported with photos after receipt to denizmatbaa@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (0542 271 19 04).

8. Complaints and disputes

Requests and complaints can be sent to Konuksever Mah. Kızılırmak Cad. A Blok No: 135 A/A Muratpaşa / Antalya, denizmatbaa@gmail.com or 0542 271 19 04. Disputes are heard by the consumer arbitration committees at the Buyer’s or Seller’s place of residence within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and by consumer courts above those limits.

9. Acceptance

The Buyer confirms having read this form before ordering, that the order entails an obligation to pay, and that a copy of this form is kept on the order page (“My agreements”).
