Acrylic QR and Wi-Fi Signs
When customers sit down, the first things they usually ask for are the Wi-Fi password and the menu. A QR sign on the table or counter answers both with a single scan: your menu opens, the phone joins the Wi-Fi, a Google review is left or your Instagram account gets a follow.
We print acrylic QR signs directly onto the acrylic surface using the UV flatbed printer in our workshop. Acrylic is easy to wipe and does not wear like paper, so it suits signs that stay on the table for a long time.
What are they used for?
- Digital menu: the link to your QR menu.
- Wi-Fi: network name and password, or a Wi-Fi QR that connects directly.
- Google reviews: a link to leave a review on your business profile.
- Instagram and social media: a QR that gets your account followed.
- Payment, ordering or booking: the link to the system you use.
You can use more than one QR on a single sign; to keep them readable we suggest no more than two or three.
Paper table QR or acrylic?
For a wedding, engagement or one-day event our paper table numbers and table-top QR are enough. In cafés, restaurants, hotel lobbies and shop counters used every day, an acrylic sign lasts longer: spilt drinks wipe off and the corners do not get crushed.
Size and stand
For table tops, counters or walls, we agree the size, thickness and how the sign stands (stand, base or wall) together when you order. Because these details depend on the location, we work by quote.
Design tips
- Write what the QR code is for next to it: “Menu”, “Wi-Fi”, “Leave us a review”.
- Do not print the QR code too small; it should scan easily from the table.
- Use a dark QR on a light background.
- If your menu link may change, choose a dynamic QR that points to a fixed address; you will not need to reprint the sign.
- Test the QR with different phones before printing; we check it at the approval stage too.

- We agree the size, thickness and stand together and send a quote.
- Send your design or ask for our design service; the QR codes are printed after your approval.
- Collect free of charge from our workshop in Antalya or have it shipped anywhere in Turkey.

Do you create the QR code?
Send us your link and we place the QR in the design; it is sent for your approval before printing.
How does a Wi-Fi QR work?
The network name and password are encoded in the QR; anyone who scans it can connect without typing the password. If you change the password, the sign needs to be renewed.
Can one sign have several QR codes?
Yes; to keep them readable we suggest no more than two or three.
What material do you print on?
