1 1. General Delivery Principles
All orders placed through Deniz Matbaa are immediately scheduled into production upon print proof approval and payment completion. Once product-specific production lead times are completed, the process proceeds according to the selected delivery method (Delivery to Address via Courier or In-Person Pickup from Workshop).
2 2. Same-Day Production & Store Pickup in Antalya
Orders for expedited print items (Standard Business Cards, Flyers, Posters, Roll-Ups, etc.) approved by 11:00 AM are produced on the same day. You can pick up your order free of charge from our workshop (Konuksever Mh. Kizilirmak Cd. 135/A Muratpasa / Antalya) during working hours (08:30 - 19:00).
3 3. Contracted Courier Delivery to Address
For nationwide shipments across Turkey, orders are shipped with insured, protective packaging through contracted carriers (such as Hepsijet, Yurtici Kargo). Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 1 to 3 business days depending on destination.
- Tracking number is shared via SMS and Email for every dispatched order.
- Regional delays may occur due to adverse weather, public holidays, or courier hub congestion.
4 4. Package Inspection & Damage Protocol
When receiving your shipment, please inspect the external package for tears, crushing, or water damage in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, please request a "Damage Report" from the courier, refuse the parcel, and notify our WhatsApp line immediately (+90 542 271 19 04).
