Delivery and Shipping Terms

1. General principles

Orders placed with Deniz Matbaa are scheduled for production once payment is completed and the print file is approved. After the product-specific production time, the order proceeds according to the delivery method you chose (courier delivery to your address or pickup from our workshop).

2. Same-day production and workshop pickup

For express production, orders of products marked “same day” on the product page (standard coated business cards, brochures / flyers, digital posters, straight-cut labels, roll-ups, etc.) whose payment and file approval are completed by 11:00 are ready at 19:00 on the same day. Same-day production is available on Monday–Saturday. For other express products, the production time is communicated at file approval. Standard production takes 5 business days.

You can pick up your order free of charge at our workshop (Konuksever Mah. Kızılırmak Cad. A Blok No: 135 A/A Muratpaşa / Antalya) during working hours (Mon–Sat 08:30–19:00).

3. Courier delivery

Shipments across Turkey are made with protective packaging through our contracted couriers (Hepsijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, etc.). Once dispatched, orders usually reach you within 1–3 business days.

  • The shipping fee is TRY 150 (incl. VAT) and free for orders of TRY 3,000 or more.
  • When your order is dispatched, its status on your order page changes to “Shipped”; tracking information is shared by email or WhatsApp.
  • Regional delays may occur due to weather, public holidays or congestion at courier hubs. Delivery never exceeds 30 days from the order date.

4. Checking for damage on delivery

When receiving your parcel, check it in the presence of the courier for crushing, tears, water damage or deformation. If it is damaged, have the courier draw up a damage report, do not accept the parcel and notify our WhatsApp line (0542 271 19 04) immediately. Damaged products are reprinted and sent free of charge.

5. Support

For tracking, urgent trade fair / hotel deliveries or address changes, you can message us on WhatsApp 24/7 or call 0542 271 19 04 during working hours (Mon–Sat 08:30–19:00).
