Named Badges for Your Event
Name badges help attendees recognise each other, make staff easy to spot and keep your organisation’s logo visible all day. The badges we prepare for congresses, seminars, trade fairs, school events and company meetings are printed on thick card, printed on both sides and finished with a matt laminate, so they stay neat, glare-free and legible even after a full day of wear.
Send us your attendee list and we print a separate name, title and organisation on every badge. You can see the price in the product banner; orders start from 10 badges and are made with standard production.
Where are they used?

Materials and specifications
- Card: 380 gsm coated card.
- Print: full colour on both sides; the back can carry the programme, Wi-Fi details or a QR code.
- Finish: matt laminate; no glare, protects against fingerprints and moisture.
- Hole: each badge is cut with a hole for a lanyard or clip.
- Lanyard and PVC sleeve: branded satin lanyards and a PVC-protected card option are available on quote.
- Size: the badge size is agreed together when you order.
Design tips
- Make the name the largest text on the badge; it should be readable from a few metres away.
- Separate attendee types (speaker, delegate, press, staff) with different colour bands.
- Keep the logo and event name at the top, the name in the middle and the organisation under the name.
- Don’t leave the back empty: a programme, floor plan or Wi-Fi details are genuinely useful.
- Send the name list as Excel or CSV, with the spellings already checked.
