Use and placement ideas

• Plan one per guest and add about 5% extra.
• Place the coasters at the top right of each plate, where the glass goes, before guests sit down.
• To give them as keepsakes, put them in a small basket at the exit with a “Remember us” note.
• Leave a few on the standing tables at the cocktail and welcome area too.
• Using the same design as your favour labels gives the table one coherent look.

Design tips

• Keep the centre, where the glass sits, plain; place names and date near the edge but 3–5 mm inside the cut.
• Use your invitation’s colours, typeface and motif so the coaster, table number and invitation look like one family.
• Add a QR code to send guests to your free digital invitation or photo album.
• Thin text can disappear on dark backgrounds; choose a bold, legible typeface for the names.

How does ordering work?

1. Choose the quantity and add to cart; ask on WhatsApp if you have questions.
2. Upload your design file or send names, date and the motif you want. No file? We can help with design; the fee is confirmed once the job is clear.
3. The final version is sent for your approval before printing; checking names and date spelling is up to you.
4. Collect your coasters free from our workshop in Antalya or have them shipped anywhere in Türkiye.

For wedding prints, we recommend ordering at least 5 days before the wedding.
