1. The invitation stage
Invitations go to guests first, so they top the list; set the order date by when you plan to hand them out.
- Printed invitations: 10 × 16 cm, from TRY 600 (VAT incl.). Ready designs are in our invitation gallery.
- Envelopes: with the envelope option on the invitation page, or ordered separately.
- Digital invitation: one free per member, with music, RSVP and directions. The QR code on your printed invitation can point to it.

2. On the day: venue and tables

3. Favours, henna night and thank-yous
- Wedding favour labels: 5 × 5 cm with names and date; minimum 100 pcs. Also for cologne and gift packs.
- Henna night poster: a welcome poster or banner with names, just for the henna night.
- Thank-you cards: with names and date, placed with the favour or on the table.

Timing
We recommend ordering wedding prints at least 5 days in advance. Production starts after payment and design approval; design rounds and shipping also fall within this time. If you are in Antalya, you can collect your order from our workshop for free. Shipping is TRY 150, free over TRY 3,000.
Combining several products in one order makes things easier: designs are prepared in one go and approvals are given together; you only have one order to keep track of. You can also approve the invitation first and order the other items later in the same design.
Size and material for quoted products
Some products, such as table numbers, direction arrows, henna posters and photo frames, are prepared on quotation. For these, size, material and quantity are decided together when you order, based on your venue and needs. Send your details on WhatsApp and we will share the options and price.
Final week check
- Have the invitations been handed out and the digital invitation link sent to guests?
- Do the number of tables and table numbers match the venue’s seating plan?
- Do favour labels and coasters cover your guest count?
- Has the venue confirmed where and how the welcome banner will hang on its eyelets?
- Are the delivery address and the person receiving the order confirmed?
One design language, one QR
- Carry the colours, fonts and ornaments of your invitation over to the banner, table numbers and labels so the venue looks coherent.
- Open a single sharing link for the photo album and use the same QR on the welcome banner, table cards and photo sharing card.
- Scan every QR code with a phone before printing to check it opens the right page, and keep the link active until after the wedding.
- Make sure names, date and venue are written identically on every item; content checking is yours.

Is the digital invitation free?
Yes, every member gets one free digital invitation with music, RSVP and directions.
Where are guests’ photos stored?
In your own Google Photos or Drive album; photos are not uploaded to our servers.
Who decides the size of quoted products?
Size, material and quantity are decided together with you when you order; just message us on WhatsApp.
