Design and print tips
Straight or custom cut?
Straight cut is enough for rectangular or square labels; for logo-shaped or round labels, choose custom (contour) cut on sheet labels. Prepare the cut line as a separate vector line in your file.
Choose material by use
Paper labels are fine in dry conditions; for water and humidity choose opaque (waterproof) sheet labels. Guide: choosing label material.
White underlay on clear
Without a white underlay, colours on clear labels change with the background; on dark glass and bottles use the clear with white + colour option of sheet labels.
Colours look different on screen
Screens emit light, print reflects it; vivid screen colours may look slightly more muted in print. Details: why screen colours differ in print.

What is the minimum for box-seal labels?
Sheet labels start at 10 sheets; many labels fit on a 33 × 48 cm sheet depending on size, and the price is per sheet.
Do you attach strings to hang tags?
No; hang tags are delivered without string, and you attach the string or loop to your product yourself. Hang tags are made to quote; we agree the hole position and paper when you order.
Are cosmetic and candle labels water-resistant?
Opaque sheet labels are waterproof. Coated labels are paper; choose opaque for products in constant contact with water or oil.
Do you print clear labels?
Yes. Sheet labels come in clear (CMYK) and clear with white + colour.
Can I choose the thank-you card size?
Yes; thank-you cards are made to quote and we agree size and paper to fit your box.
Which size should a parcel flyer be?
We print flyers in two sizes: A5 (14 × 20 cm), which fits most boxes, for parcel inserts, and A4 (21 × 29.7 cm, free folding if you wish) for detailed product and care information. Details: flyer sizes.
Do I have to resend the file when I reorder?
Your orders are listed in your account. To repeat a design, message us your order number on WhatsApp; we will check the file and let you know.
How soon is it shipped?
Express orders approved by 18:00 Monday–Friday ship the next working day by 12:00; standard production takes 5 working days. Shipping TRY 150; free from TRY 3,000.
I have no design. What should I do?
Choose our design service when ordering; professional design starts at TRY 1,500 + VAT.
Can I get a company invoice?
Yes. Choose corporate on the order form and enter your company name, tax office and tax number.
