Photo Sharing QR Card

Some of the best shots of a wedding stay on guests’ phones. A photo sharing QR card collects them in one album: guests scan, the album opens, they upload. No app needed.

How it works

  • Create a shared album in Google Photos and turn on collaboration
  • Send us the album link with your order; we generate the QR code
  • Place the cards on tables, at the welcome area or the photo corner

A Google Drive folder open for uploads works too. Photos go straight to your own account; nothing is uploaded to our server. Card size, paper and quantity are agreed together when you order.

Use and placement ideas

  • Put one card on each table so guests can scan without leaving their seat.
  • Add a card at the welcome area and the photo corner too; that is where most photos are taken.
  • Place the card in a well-lit spot on the table, not hidden behind napkins or flowers.
  • Ask the host or DJ to remind guests about the album once or twice during the night.
  • Test the link before the wedding on your own phone and from another account; check that uploads are allowed.

Design tips

  • Add a short instruction: “Scan and upload your photos to our album.”
  • Put the QR code on the plainest part of the card; leave space around it and keep patterns off the code.
  • Use your invitation’s colours, typeface and name spelling so the card matches the table numbers and welcome banner.
  • You can use the same album QR in your free digital invitation.
  • Turn off public uploads on the album after the wedding.

How does ordering work?

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with quantity and your request; we agree size and paper together and send the price.
  2. Send names, date, the album link and any design file. No file? We can help with design; the fee is confirmed once the job is clear.
  3. The final version is sent for your approval before printing; scan the QR in the preview with your phone. Checking names and spelling is up to you.
  4. Collect your cards free from our workshop in Antalya or have them shipped anywhere in Türkiye.

For wedding prints, we recommend ordering at least 5 days before the wedding.

Frequently asked questions

Are the photos uploaded to your server?

No. They go straight to your own Google Photos or Drive album; we only print the QR card.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. Scanning the code with the phone camera opens the album; the album’s sharing settings just need to allow uploads.

Can I change the album link later?

The printed QR leads to the link you approved. So finalise the link before approval and do not delete it after the wedding.

How many cards should I order?

Usually one per table plus a few for the welcome area and photo corner; quantity is agreed when you order.

How do I receive it?

Collect it free from our workshop in Antalya or have it shipped anywhere in Türkiye.
