Wedding Welcome Banner with QR
Hung at the wedding hall entrance or garden gate, the welcome banner greets guests with your names. Its QR code takes guests to your digital invitation, seating plan or the shared album where wedding photos are collected.
Specs
- 200 × 100 cm, 380 gsm European vinyl, digital print
- 4 corner eyelets: hang with rope or hooks
- QR code: digital invitation or album link

Use and placement ideas
- Hang the banner where guests pause before entering, beside or opposite the door, so it is read and also becomes a photo backdrop.
- Tie it through the corner eyelets to a fence, railing or two poles; a taut banner shows the text cleanly.
- Outdoors, secure all four corners against the wind.
- Bring the QR code to a height where guests can comfortably hold a phone; a code hung too high will not scan.
- After the wedding, store the banner rolled up; folding can leave marks on the print.
Design tips
- Make the QR code at least 15 × 15 cm and place it near eye level.
- Outdoors, keep text short and large for readability.
- Say what the QR is for: a short line such as “Scan to upload your photos to our album” is enough.
- Keep the colours, typeface and QR of your invitation; the banner, table cards and mirror lettering should look like one wedding identity.
- You can point the QR to your free digital invitation, where guests see the programme and directions.
How does ordering work?
- Add the option with a price shown on the page to your cart, or ask your questions on WhatsApp.
- Send names, date, the link for the QR and any design file. No file? We can help with design; the fee is confirmed once the job is clear.
- The final version is sent for your approval before printing; checking names, date and link is up to you.
- Collect your banner free from our workshop in Antalya or have it shipped anywhere in Türkiye.
For wedding prints, we recommend ordering at least 5 days before the wedding.
