Table numbers help guests find their seats; a QR code on them opens the seating plan, digital invitation, menu or a shared album where guests upload their photos. Placement and use
- Place the card in the middle of the table, in front of the flowers or candles, so the number is visible from the entrance.
- Keep the numbers on the seating-plan board exactly the same as on the tables. If you use table names (cities, flowers or songs), spell them the same in both places.
- Put the QR card within reach of seated guests so nobody has to get up to scan it.
