Invitation and Gift Envelopes

The envelope is the first thing guests see. We prepare plain envelopes matching your invitation, envelopes printed with your names, or gift envelopes for the wedding day. When ordering invitations, choose envelopes on the invitation page; separate envelope orders are quoted.

They work for invitations, thank-you cards or cash gifts. For envelopes ordered without invitations, size, paper and quantity are agreed together when you order.

Use and placement ideas

  • Invitation envelope: If you hand out invitations in person, pick an envelope with enough plain space to write each guest’s name.
  • Gift envelope: Put the envelopes in a box or basket on the gift table; guests take one and write their name.
  • Thank-you envelope: Using the same envelope for the thank-you cards after the wedding keeps everything consistent.
  • Choose the envelope to fit the invitation; we suggest the right one for 10 × 16 cm invitations.
  • Count by your guest list and keep a few spares for misspelt names.

Design tips

  • Use the colours and typeface of your invitation so the envelope, invitation and thank-you card look like one family.
  • Keep name printing short: initials or a single line such as “Ayşe & Mehmet” looks more elegant on an envelope.
  • If your invitation has a QR code, the envelope does not need one; keep the code inside.
  • Alongside the printed invitation you can create a free digital invitation in the same style.

How does ordering work?

  1. With invitations, choose the envelope on the invitation page; for envelopes only, message us on WhatsApp with quantity and print.
  2. Send names, date and any logo or design file. No file? We can help with design; the fee is confirmed once the job is clear.
  3. The final version is sent for your approval before printing; checking names and spelling is up to you.
  4. Collect your envelopes free from our workshop in Antalya or have them shipped anywhere in Türkiye.

For wedding prints, we recommend ordering at least 5 days before the wedding.
