Business Cards for Your Team: Same Design, Different Names

The process in four steps

Corporate template: logo, colours, font and layout are set once. If you have no design yet, our design service starts from TRY 1,500 + VAT; the exact cost is confirmed once the job is clear.
Name list: prepare a list with name, title, phone, email and quantity on each row. A spreadsheet or a neatly formatted text is enough.
One file per person, then approval: a separate business card file is created for each employee; you check and approve each one.
Ordering: on the business card page, add each person to the cart as a separate item and upload that person’s file to their item. For a company invoice, enter your company name, tax office and tax number.

How to prepare the name list

Think of the list as a table: one row per employee, one column per detail. For example “Name · Title · Mobile · Office phone · Email · Quantity”. Leave a cell empty when an employee does not have that detail; the line is removed from their card. Write Turkish characters (ç, ğ, ı, ö, ş, ü) and capitalisation correctly in the list, as they will appear exactly so on the card.

How is the price calculated?

Even with the same design, every name is a separate print job, so each name is priced by its own quantity. Quantities are not combined and there is no extra bulk discount.

Tips for a consistent set

Use the same material, corner style and one- or two-sided printing for everyone, so the cards match side by side.
Test long names and titles in the template first and make sure the longest one fits.
Keep phone formatting (spaces, area code) and email spelling identical across the list.
Keep shared details (address, website) fixed in the template and change only personal fields.

Content checking is yours

We check size, bleed, resolution and fonts and tell you about any issue before printing. The accuracy of names, titles, phone numbers and emails is your responsibility. The safest route is to have each employee check their own card; spelling errors in an approved design are not covered by a free reprint.

When a new employee joins

Just message us with your previous order number: we place the new name into the same template and send it for approval. The price is the current price at the time of ordering. If you ordered as a member, your past orders are saved in your account.

A personal QR code for everyone

Each card can carry its own QR code leading to that person’s contact details or digital profile. Employees can create a free digital profile with their own membership on Akıllı Baskı. For tap-to-share, the NFC business card is a chipped PVC card that works with a free Akıllı Baskı profile; NFC cannot be added to paper cards.
