The core set and add-ons
A corporate identity kit is your business’s face on paper. Choose the three core items first, then add-ons to suit your work:
| Item | What it is for | Our option |
|---|---|---|
| Business cards | First impressions; a separate name for each employee | 380 gsm matt coated is the most popular for business use; linen, kraft, velvet and 760 gsm laminated board also available. Standard from TRY 500 (VAT incl.) |
| Letterhead | Proposals, correspondence and invoice enclosures | 90 gsm uncoated; easy to write on |
| Envelopes | Correspondence and sending documents | Size agreed to your needs |
| Presentation folder | Proposals and presentations | 380 gsm heavy coated board, about 22 × 31 cm; A4 fits unfolded, card slot; minimum 10 |
| Notepad | Meetings, desks and client gifts | 50 sheets |
Who needs which items?
- New businesses: start with business cards, letterhead and envelopes; see the opening list for new businesses.
- Companies that send proposals: a presentation folder holds your proposal and card in one tidy folder.
- Consultancies, law firms and accountants: letterhead, envelopes and folders are part of daily correspondence.
- Offices with many meetings and visitors: a branded notepad works on the desk and as a gift.
Prepare before ordering
- Have your logo in vector format (AI, EPS or PDF); without a logo, ask for our design service.
- Decide your brand colours and typeface; the same ones are used on every item.
- Collect the details in one list: company name, address, phone, email and website. Check with your accountant which details must appear on company correspondence (e.g. trade name, MERSIS number).
- List the names, titles and phone numbers of the employees who need business cards.
Tips for consistency
When every item comes from the same design file, colours and sizes match. Because the letterhead is matt uncoated and the cards and folder are coated, the same colour can look slightly different on each paper; this is normal. We explain the difference between screen and print colour in why print colours differ from the screen.
Employee business cards
In the same design, each employee’s cards are a separate item, each priced at its own quantity. Details: business cards for your team.
Digital companions
- NFC business card: tap it on a phone and your contact details open.
- Free mini site and QR: a QR printed on your cards and letterhead leads to all your business details.
Timing and ordering
The kit is made to quote: send the items and approximate quantities on WhatsApp. You see everything together and approve once; most jobs are produced within 5 working days after approval. Collect free from our workshop in Antalya or have it shipped anywhere in Türkiye. Kit details: corporate identity kit.
